VinFast Indonesia is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Dealer Manager to lead and strengthen our dealer network performance. This role will be responsible for driving dealer sales, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong partnerships to deliver an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.

🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Manage and develop dealer network performance to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners to ensure alignment with company strategy
  • Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory levels, and operational standards
  • Implement sales programs, campaigns, and initiatives to drive retail performance
  • Ensure dealers comply with brand standards, SOPs, and customer experience guidelines
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and dealer performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Support dealer capability development through training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Operations) to support dealer success
  • Manage dealer onboarding, evaluation, and network expansion planning
  • Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to improve dealer efficiency and profitability
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews to ensure execution excellence
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all dealer locations

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of experience in dealer management, sales, or channel management roles
  • Strong experience in automotive, retail, FMCG, or related industries
  • Proven track record in managing dealer networks and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution, and retail processes
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits
  • Proactive, results-driven, and problem-solving mindset
