We’re looking for a high-performing Motorcycle Service Advisor / Writer who thrives in a fast-paced dealership and knows how to turn service drive chaos into smooth, profitable workflow.
What you’ll do:
- Run the service counter with confidence and urgency
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain work to customers
- Recommend maintenance, repairs, and upgrades without hesitation
- Communicate constantly with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Manage service appointments, follow-ups, and approvals
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and warranty conversations like a pro
- Deliver top-tier customer service while driving service revenue
What you must have:
- Knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership
- Experience with POS computer software or general knowledge and experience with computers (required)
- Solid knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, repairs, and service terminology (preferred)
- Ability to upsell service ethically and effectively
- Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
- Motorcycle license (preferred)
