Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Phnom Penh. The Customer Service Officer’s responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving customer queries or concerns, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role also involves maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and upholding the company's service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding after-sales service
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention and loyalty
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on service experience
- Proactively contact customers for service reminders, recalls, and maintenance recommendations
- Assist customers with service appointment booking and scheduling
- Coordinate with the Service Workshop team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Provide accurate information on service costs, warranties, and parts availability
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports and performance metrics
- Process customer claims, goodwill requests, and warranty-related documentation
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service or customer relations
- Experience in handling customer complaints and service coordination is preferred
- Friendly, polite, and service-minded personality
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Team player with a proactive approach
