Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager (Truck & Bus) i s responsible for driving business growth across both
commercial truck and bus segments by managing key corporate accounts, developing new business
opportunities, and delivering tailored fleet solutions. This role focuses on building long-term
partnerships with logistics companies, transport operators, government agencies, and large
enterprises while achieving revenue and market share targets.


Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for truck and bus segments
• Identify and secure new corporate clients (logistics, construction, public transport, private
operators)
• Expand market share in both fleet and institutional sales
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing and delivery

2. Key Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and fleet customers
• Understand customer operational needs and propose customized vehicle solutions
• Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements
• Ensure high customer retention and repeat business

3. Product & Solution Selling
• Promote full range of trucks and buses, including specifications and applications
• Work closely with technical and after-sales teams to ensure solution fit

4. Tender & Project Management
• Manage government and large-scale tender submissions (especially for bus segment)
• Prepare proposals, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely and competitive bids

5 . Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends (logistics, public transport, infrastructure projects)
• Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings
• Provide feedback t o management on market demands

6. Internal Collaboration
• Work with marketing on campaigns and product launches
• Coordinate with after-sales/service teams for customer support

7. Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis
• Track KPis and ensure achievement of sales targets

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 10 – 15 years of experience in B2B sales (commercial vehicles, automotive, or heavy
equipment preferred)
Proven track record in corporate/fleet sales
Strong knowledge of truck and/or bus markets (logistics, transport, or infrastructure sectors)
Experience handling tenders (especially government o r large contracts) is an advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Willingness t o travel frequently
