Position: Collision Repair Estimator Role
Become an essential part of Boyd Autobody & Glass as a Collision Repair Estimator. Drive customer satisfaction by providing clear estimates and coordinating repairs in a dynamic workplace.
As an Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to create and communicate repair estimates while keeping customers informed throughout the process. You’ll utilize your great attention to detail and familiarity with tools like Mitchell and Qapter to assess vehicle damage accurately. This role also involves compliance with insurance protocols and collaborating with the team to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create precise estimates for vehicle repair needs
• Update ASE with important customer details promptly
• Facilitate communication between customers and team members
• Attend training and workshops recommended by management
• Maximize KPI performance through customer relations
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in collision estimation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with vehicle repair industry standards
• Strong familiarity with Google apps and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license required
