Reporting to the Sales Director for the Manufacturing industry (in Paris), the Senior BDM’s mission is to develop his/her customers’ portfolio (by acquiring new logos) and animate and develop existing customers.

Working closely with the Manufacturing industry unit, the Center of Excellence in India, the Delivery team and our local pool of experts, he/she will be responsible for:

• Drive the elaboration and implementation of the sales strategy and sales action plans with Prospects and Clients

• Hunt and develop business with prospects, open new opportunities with stakeholders from Business, IT, R&D, etc.

• Lead the response to RFIs, RFQs, with engagements in Expertise and T&M or Fixed-price projects, for multi-year engagement

• Analyze the technical and business needs of customers, adapt potential offers, find winning strategies, negotiate and close deals, address legal terms and conditions

• Build and expand external and internal networks by relying on key stakeholders from customer side or ecosystem of advisors or software partners

• Ensure loyalty and growth of the existing perimeter

He/she will be entrusted with 3 to 4 accounts with a focus on 2 to 3 main accounts (multi-sectoral, geographical and key account-oriented approach) that he/she will have to develop and grow.

The BDM will need to open new logos in hunting mode and create a strong pipeline both in new and existing customers, with a focus on big deals and high value proposals.

THE PROFILE:

• 12+ years of experience, including 5 years in a similar position in the sales of services and solutions

• Exposure to discrete manufacturing is important (focus and experience on automotive with OEMs and Tiers1 will be highly appreciated)

• Strong commercial drive and ability to identify potential deals, lead energetic prospection campaigns, map client organizations and identify unique selling proposals

• Appreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions/services

• Ability to understand and challenge clients’ technical topics with confidence

• Broad technological culture: Application solutions (ERP, CRM, MES, Plant Solutions), Engineering services, Infrastructure & Cloud, Innovation, AI framework, CIO advisory…

• Fluent English and French
