Position: Collision Repair Estimator at Assured Automotive

In this role, you will assess vehicle damage and formulate estimates while serving as the primary contact for both customers and insurance companies. You’ll ensure compliance with insurance requirements and support team objectives to successfully meet KPIs. Your knowledge in vehicle repair practices will be essential for guiding our customers smoothly through their repair experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write accurate and timely vehicle damage estimates
• Maintain updated records in ASE for all interactions
• Communicate customer needs to the team
• Ensure compliance with insurance protocols
• Attend ongoing training and workshops
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of estimating experience
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office
• Strong detail orientation
• Valid driver’s license required
