Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Co-Founder/Partner at Elite Fleet Management, you will play an integral role in leading, strategizing, and growing the business. Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, overseeing operations, managing client and partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality services. You will also contribute to decision-making regarding business goals, finances, and long-term planning, while maintaining a strong company culture and fostering innovation.
Qualifications
- Strategic leadership and decision-making skills, with experience in business development and partnership management
- Operational management expertise, including coordinating schedules, quality control, and service delivery processes
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying business growth opportunities
- Familiarity with automotive, fleet management, or detailing industries is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth and results
- Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and willing to work in the Orlando, FL area
