The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Automotive and Industrial recruitment team. In this role, you will take ownership of the recruitment process, implementing innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent, while ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your approach and leverage the support of a well-established client base from day one. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and guidance.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of previous recruitment experience in the B2B industry
- Proven experience of working in a 360 Recruitment role
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
- Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude – thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Must be based in Japan
