Job Description: Caravan Sales Representative
Role Summary:
The Caravan Sales Representative is responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry to final delivery. You will serve as the primary product expert, advising customers on the best caravan and motorhome solutions to meet their needs, while consistently achieving sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Warmly welcoming customers, conducting thorough needs assessments, and presenting suitable caravan and motorhome models, features, and benefits.
- Sales Execution: Expertly demonstrating units, negotiating terms, and closing high-value sales effectively and ethically.
- Target Achievement: Working diligently to meet or exceed agreed-upon monthly and quarterly individual sales targets and performance indicators.
- Administrative Accuracy: Ensuring all relevant documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintaining professional relationships with prospects and customers through consistent follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensuring display areas and sales units are clean, well-presented, and ready for customer viewing at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Committing to continuous learning about new models, accessories, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally within the vehicle (automotive, leisure, marine), or high-value retail industry.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in caravans, camping, or the outdoor lifestyle is a significant advantage.
