AMK Global is hiring a Car Sales Manager for a leading German automotive brand in Oakville. This is a great opportunity for someone with dealership experience who enjoys leading a team and driving sales results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team on a daily basis
- Ensure customers are handled professionally and receive a great experience
- Set and track sales targets, performance, and profitability
- Plan inventory, staffing, and sales strategies to support business growth
- Coach, train, and support sales staff to improve performance
- Monitor pricing strategies and ensure team alignment
- Prepare and review sales reports and performance metrics
- Ensure all dealership processes, policies, and safety standards are followed
- Work closely with other departments to support overall operations
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years of Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience (cross-trained candidates are ideal)
- Valid OMVIC License & Ontario G Driver’s License (required)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
