The Scott Family of Dealerships is seeking a driven, experienced General Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in the Lehigh Valley!
We’re looking for a leader who can desk deals, appraise trades, and motivate a winning sales team — all while maintaining the high standards of service and integrity our customers have come to expect. What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of retail automotive sales experience (required)
- Prior Sales Management or F&I experience (required)
- Proven success as a deal maker with a strong customer focus
- High energy, positive leadership style, and passion for developing others
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Internet and social media proficiency a plus
- Excellent closing and follow-up skills
- Integrity, character, and professionalism in every interaction
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Structure and desk deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Appraise trade-ins accurately and efficiently
- Drive sales processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
