About the role
Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Advisors for our dealership in Penarth Road, Cardiff. Your responsibilities include selling vehicles and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection. You will support our customers through every step of their buying journey – from the first interaction with us to the moment they drive away in their new car.
With our comprehensive training and development programme you’ll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.
Person specification
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for a positive, motivated person who is ready to achieve and grow in a results‑driven environment. Though previous sales experience is not essential, you will be organised, able to process detailed information and committed to continually developing your product knowledge. You have a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, and you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team.
You’ll also inspire your colleagues to reach their full potential, helping to drive sales in our dealership.
Working pattern
- 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September.
