Job Summary:
An award‑winning, globally recognized National Law Firm is searching for a Business Development Manager to support its Litigation platform, including nationally recognized Automotive and Complex Litigation practices.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute proactive marketing and business development strategies
- Prepare pitches, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Support legal directory and awards submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, etc.)
- Track and leverage conferences, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities
- Conduct competitive and client intelligence research
- Manage and mentor a Senior Business Development Coordinator
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Conflicts, DEI, and other firm teams
- Maintain marketing collateral, attorney bios, and matter databases
What They’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred)
- 6+ years of marketing/BD experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience supporting Litigation and/or Automotive practices preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills
- Comfort working across offices and managing distributed teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; CRM and proposal tools experience a plus
