We are looking for an experienced Building Materials Manager to lead and grow our Building Materials Division.
This is a leadership role for a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge and an established network within the UAE construction sector. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the division while driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Building Materials Division.
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and major supply contracts.
- Manage product portfolio, pricing strategies, inventory coordination, and supplier relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and operations team.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the building materials industry.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE building materials and construction market.
- Established network within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in sales, commercial management, and business growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
