Compensation
- $35,000-$65,000 in your first phase
- Top performers earn $120,000+ annually
- Base pay + uncapped commission

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers in-store and through phone, text, and digital communication
- Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits
- Guide customers through a transparent and efficient buying process
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Work with a team to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
This role is best suited for individuals who are driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment.
