Role Overview
EVS is hiring a Body Shop Manager to lead operations at our Tesla Approved Body Shop (TABS) certified facility in Riyadh. This is a senior leadership role with full operational responsibility for throughput, quality, OEM compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day body shop operations including job intake, scheduling, work allocation, and final delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with Tesla TABS standards and other OEM partner requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of body technicians, painters, and support staff.
• Drive KPIs across cycle time, first-time-right rate, customer satisfaction, and gross margin.
• Liaise with insurance assessors, OEM partners, and corporate fleet clients.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, spare parts ordering, safety standards, and audit readiness.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of body shop experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role at an authorized dealership or premium body shop.
• Strong technical understanding of structural repair, paint, and refinishing processes.
• Familiarity with OEM body shop certification standards (Tesla TABS, Mercedes, BMW, or equivalent).
• Proven track record in team leadership, KPI management, and customer service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.
