The Oho Group are working closely with an exceptionally well-funded deep-tech startup at the forefront of next-generation computing is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join its rapidly growing hardware team.

Responsibilities
- Supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities for advanced hardware systems
- Driving DFM/DFA improvements across complex PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Managing manufacturing documentation, BOMs, CAD libraries, and PLM workflows
- Partnering with suppliers and contract manufacturers to resolve production challenges
- Helping scale sophisticated hardware in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or production engineering
- Strong understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes
- PCB CAD experience (Altium preferred)
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving R&D or startup environments
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
