CSN Brimell/Formula is currently seeking a skilled Body Prep Technician. In this position, you will leverage your 2+ years of experience in collision repair, collaborating closely with Paint and Collision Appraisers.
Your role involves maintaining cleanliness, accurately documenting repairs, and applying various coatings, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and assess vehicle damage accurately
• Communicate updates and delays to dispatch
• Maintain organization of all vehicles in care
• Perform factory warranty repairs as per OEM standards
• Apply primers, rust-resistant coatings, and sealants
Requirements:
• 2+ years as an Auto Body Prep Technician
• I-CAR certification preferred
• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with clean record
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and use hand tools safely
