Role Overview
This position is responsible for leading the full product lifecycle from initial concept through commercial launch and eventual end-of-life transition. The Technical Program Manager will own program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies while serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications with leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end execution of programs across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Commercial
• Establish and maintain project baselines covering cost, scope, and schedule
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may impact program outcomes
• Ensure accountability at all levels of the organisation, including executive stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement across product development and program execution processes
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or product development
• Command of project management methodologies — Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks
• Deep expertise in product lifecycle management processes
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical capabilities
Preferred:
• Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, utilities, or telecommunications
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and PLM systems (e.g. NetSuite, Arena, Plex)
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
