About Our Client
Their community management services are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each homeowners association (HOA) they serve, relying on decades of experience and the expertise of their professional team. They prioritize active listening and collaboration with Board members to understand their objectives and develop strategic, customized HOA management solutions that align with community goals and long-term success.
We're looking for a Back Office Assistant to provide support in the following activities:
- Receive and process appeal tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and send letters to homeowners regarding their appeals.
- Coordinate with Community Association Managers (CAMs) to confirm decisions and next steps.
- Submit completed appeal documentation back to the administrative team to ensure proper fee waivers are applied when authorized.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all appeal-related activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Schedule
Graveyard Shift
- Monday to Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. PH time
- Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. PH time
- You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- Around 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (office support, appeals processing, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
- RAM: 2 GB or more
- Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
