Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a B2B Sales Manager. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of My Oga Mechanic's services to businesses. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential business clients, negotiating service agreements, meeting sales targets, and developing strategic partnerships. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and creating tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong skillset in Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage
- Experience in the automotive or service platform industry is an added benefit
