About the Role:-
As an on-ground sales expert, you will be at the heart of India’s electric vehicle revolution, driving the expansion of critical charging infrastructure through active field engagement and direct client visits. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in the field and possesses a deep understanding of the automobile industry’s hustle and the technical nuances of electrical hardware.
You will take full ownership of the B2B sales lifecycle—from identifying high-potential leads and acquiring new clients to closing complex deals and managing strategic accounts. By representing our cutting-edge EV products and building lasting relationships through consistent on-site presence, you will act as a primary revenue driver and play a pivotal role in shaping a sustainable future for mobility..
Key Responsibilities
- Field-First Sales: Drive B2B and enterprise sales for EV charging solutions through active field visits and face-to-face client meetings.
- Account Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and long-term relationship management.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within the local territory.
- Channel Management: Handle channel partners, dealers, and distributors to scale presence.
- Targets: Achieve and exceed revenue goals with a high-ownership mindset.
Candidate Requirements (Mandatory Criteria)
- Core Industry Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience specifically in Automobile, Electrical, or Core Industrial sectors.
- Field Work Expertise: Proven track record in Field Sales and B2B closures. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable being on the move.
- Background Preference: Experience in Charging Infrastructure, EV, or Power/Electrical equipment is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Language: Proficiency in the regional language of the target location is a must.
