🎓 Experience: 2–4 Years

🎓 Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering.

Note: We are looking for candidates who are local to the respective cities or states of the above-mentioned locations and have a strong understanding of the local market and distribution/dealer landscape.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Engineer to expand our distribution business and strengthen relationships with industrial customers and dealer partners. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in technical sales of industrial products and power transmission solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in industrial B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of bearings, industrial chains, power transmission products, gearboxes, belts, couplings, or related engineering products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes and commercial terms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and support distributor and dealer networks within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely order closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
  • Handle pre-sales documentation and post-sales follow-up, including payment collections.
  • Resolve customer issues in coordination with factory and back-office teams.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and market development activities.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer requirements and competition.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with industrial clients and channel partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automobile disciplines.
  • Experience working with manufacturing companies, industrial distributors, or channel partners.
  • Proven ability to develop new business while maintaining existing customer accounts.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales responsibilities.
