Towbin Dodge Ram, part of the respected Towbin Auto Group, is actively hiring experienced Stellantis Certified Technicians to join our high-volume, high-performing service department.
We are specifically seeking certified CDJR, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Mopar, and Alfa Romeo Technicians with strong dealership experience and advanced diagnostic abilities. Automotive Technician Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Stellantis vehicles, including Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Alfa Romeo models
- Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, and transmission concerns
- Perform engine and transmission removal and replacement (R&R) to manufacturer standards
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality workmanship
- Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and follow OEM repair procedures
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and timelines
- Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed
Technician Qualifications
- Stellantis Certifications REQUIRED
- Master-Level Stellantis Certifications preferred
- CDJR / Mopar Certifications strongly preferred
- Alfa Romeo Certification or Alfa Romeo dealership experience strongly preferred
- Automotive dealership technician experience REQUIRED
- Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience REQUIRED
- Engine and transmission repair experience REQUIRED
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
