Role Description
The Automotive Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role involves managing all aspects of the service department, including overseeing vehicle maintenance and repair operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with both team members and clients. The Service Manager will coordinate workflow, supervise technicians, and ensure that customer service standards are met. Other responsibilities include maintaining service records and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

- Deep understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive repair processes
- Commitment to outstanding Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for effectively coordinating with team members and customers
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate a service team effectively
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Familiarity with managing retail or commercial automotive operations is a plus
