Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Hykeham for a Used Car Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing pre-owned vehicle sales operations, managing and training the sales team, implementing successful sales processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining optimal inventory, developing customer relationships, and providing excellent service to create a positive buying experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and implementing successful Sales Processes
- Strong Customer Service skills and a consistent record of ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
- Effective leadership capabilities to guide and manage a sales team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Relevant experience in automotive sales management is preferred
- A valid UK driver’s license is required
