EVS UAE is currently seeking experienced and customer-driven Service Advisors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at communication, coordination, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the automotive industry.

- Dubai: 3 Vacancies
- Abu Dhabi: 3 Vacancies
- Al Ain: 1 Vacancy
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings.
- Prepare estimates, open job cards, and coordinate with workshop teams.
- Update customers on service progress and manage approvals.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in an automotive service center.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with job card systems / ERP preferred [odoo]
