𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any major
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or related field, in a Heavy Equipment or Automotive industry
3. Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
4. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
5. Proficient in English
6. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documentation and tracking systems
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Coordinate and execute daily spare parts or units delivery activities
2. Handle shipment processes including receiving, loading, unloading, and dispatching to warehouse or customers
3. Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
4. Maintain delivery records including tracking, invoices, and proof of delivery
5. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, product line, sales) and customers for smooth operations
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards during cargo handling
7. Process logistics vendor payments and prepare supporting financial reports
8. Conduct occasional visits to our warehouse in Marunda to monitor delivery operations and requirements
