Experienced Service Advisor Wanted
All Star Dodge is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team in Amarillo, Texas.
If you have a proven track record in automotive service, understand how to build customer relationships, and can effectively sell maintenance and repair services, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Accurately write repair orders and document customer concerns.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Review completed repairs and explain services performed.
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention and repeat business.
- Maintain high CSI scores and customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment.
- Previous experience using CDK DMS preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume service department.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
