Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive sales and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the car buying process, from initial contact to final sale
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in car sales (used or new vehicles)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One day off per week (Sunday)
Compensation
- Annual earnings range: $72,000 – $156,000
