Description of the Role:
The Entry Level Sales Manager at Pohanka Nissan of Stafford plays a key role in driving the company's sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. This position requires s leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, prior auto sales and/or Finance experience. Will train the right candidate with automotive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
- Assist in day to day operations.
- Maintain and follow Internet strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales management.
- Internet/BDC/ Finance experience a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Second chance financing experience a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Elead, Vauto, CDK, Dealertrack, a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Sense of urgency
