Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Sales Consultant located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Automotive Sales Consultant will assist customers in finding the right vehicles, provide knowledgeable guidance on features and financing options, and ensure a seamless and positive sales experience. Maintaining customer satisfaction, building relationships, and supporting customers through the car-buying process will be key responsibilities. The role also involves staying informed about the latest vehicle models and promotions to provide accurate information to prospective buyers.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver an excellent customer experience and build lasting relationships
- Exceptional Communication and Consulting abilities to effectively address customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge or experience in the Automotive industry, including familiarity with vehicles, features, and financing options
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to varying customer needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or automotive certifications are an asset
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
