As a Product Advisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure each client receives personalized service by identifying their vehicle needs through attentive questioning. You will participate in selling new and pre-owned vehicles, delivering them while building lasting relationships. Ensure you are knowledgeable about every product offering to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify client needs by engaging through questions
• Manage vehicle sales with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Use effective closing techniques to finalize sales
• Attend training sessions for ongoing improvement
• Introduce clients to service personnel and operations
Requirements:
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license and good record
• Current VSA MDC license essential
• Proficient with MS Office and record-keeping
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
