Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager (Generators) located in Biratnagar. The Service Manager will oversee the maintenance and servicing of generator systems, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating service tasks, managing inventory of spare parts, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong client relationships by addressing their needs efficiently. The Service Manager will also play a role in training and mentoring team members to improve overall performance and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and technical expertise in generator systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Team management skills, with experience in supervising and training technicians
- Solid organizational and time management skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and overseeing operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to maintain client relationships and address service inquiries
- Problem-solving abilities and technical acumen for diagnosing and resolving complex issues
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role in service and maintenance is highly desirable
- Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred
