Eskridge Chevrolet has an immediate opening for a full-time Parts Counter Specialist.
Parts Counter Specialist main responsibility is to assist all external and internal customers by selling parts, accessories, and supplies while providing information as needed.
Experience
Experience in Dealertrack DMS, Xtime and Parts Sales preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance with the goal of exceptional service to all customers.
- Provide our customers with a high level of service assisting in the selection of parts and accessories. Provide price quotes and other information, as necessary.
- Review body shop orders and communicate pricing to customers when needed.
- Determine status of all special-order items and notify service advisor or customer of all cross ship and/or back-order items. Provide ETA if available. Perform follow up on back-order items.
- Notify the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received. Clear prepaid special orders when the items have been handed out to the customer.
- Communicate with delivery drivers and warehouse personnel to expedite deliveries and emergency purchases.
- Participate in all training programs made available and stay current with new products and updates.

Pay: $16-$20 per hour depending on experience with monthly bonus opportunities
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am.- 5:30 pm. Every other Saturday 8:00 am.–3:00 pm. plus 1 additional day off every 4 weeks.
