As the expert of active & positive Component ,
Focus on the automotive LED lighting field, lead the technical selection, performance optimization, and failure analysis of active and passive components, cooperate with global team to build a component technology system that meets automotive standards, support new LED automotive lighting products and mass production quality assurance, promote the localization replacement and technological innovation of components, and enhance the core competitiveness and cost advantage of products. Job Responsibilities: 1, Track the technological development trends of automotive electronic active components (LED driver chips- DC/DC, and linear drivers,
MCU, SBC, LDO, Step motor driver and HSD etc.), passive components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, MOSFET, etc.), Combine with LED automotive lighting application scenarios (such as adaptive high-low beam, dynamic flowing lights, ambient lights, etc.) to formulate component technology roadmap. 2, Keep tightly connection with our component's suppliers, get the latest components roadmap, and provide the bridge between HW engineers and suppliers, find the best solution or cost down ideas to improve our competence of products. 3, Cooperation with HW experts, Lead the selection of active, passive components related to LED automotive lighting, and formulate selection standards, and technical specifications according to product requirements, maintain each kind component application rules 4, Organize component sample testing and verification, including electrical performance, thermal performance, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), durability and other tests, to ensure that the selected components meet our application requirement. 5, Establish and maintain a high-quality component supplier resource database, conduct supplier technical evaluation and grade assessment. 6, Lead component localization – evaluate the technical feasibility, reliability and cost advantages of localized components, and promote the certification, introduction and mass application of localized components, and promote to global application. 7, Coordinate with suppliers to solve technical problems and ensure supply chain stability and cost control. 8, Investigate and introduce new technologies, new processes and new materials, such as New EEA in OEMs, 48V system, and new Bus line – Ethernet/LVDS/GMSL application on automotive lighting, find and prepare new components which can apply on these new changes. 9, Keep very tight communication with all suppliers to get their product roadmap, and benchmark all similar products on market, and provide the benchmark report to Design team, help team to optimize the design concept and improve product competence. 10, Participate in new product concept design and scheme review from RFQ to SOP, and put forward optimization suggestions. Job Requirements: 1, Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields. 2, 10+ years of relevant work experience in the automotive electronics or LED lighting industry, with at least 5 years of experience in active/passive component selection and application. 3, Excellent in oral and written English
