High-volume department with consistent earning opportunity for experienced Parts professionals
Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department.
This role is ideal for someone with prior dealership parts experience who understands how a service-driven parts department operates and wants to be part of a team-based, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist service technicians and retail customers with accurate parts selection
- Provide pricing, availability, and product information over the counter and by phone
- Pull and fill parts orders efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding parts status and special orders
- Track and follow up on backorders and customer requests
- Source unavailable parts from vendors when necessary
- Process payments, invoices, and parts transactions
- Ensure all parts are billed correctly to repair orders
- Maintain organized inventory and parts records
- Keep the parts counter clean, professional, and customer-ready

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership parts experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of parts inventory and service operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service mindset
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50 lbs
- Combination of counter and light warehouse activity
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 5-day workweek
- Saturday availability required
