General Manager Automotive Service Center Austin TX

All Tune is an automotive service brand with locations across the country. We’re opening a company-owned shop in Austin and looking for the right person to run it. You’ll set the standard for what a well-run All Tune location looks like, and as we grow, have the opportunity to support the Operations team in a leadership role.
What The Job Involves
Run a full-service automotive repair shop from top to bottom, including:
- Managing technician workflow, productivity, and repair quality
- Hiring, training, and developing a strong team
- Monitoring key performance metrics including car count, ARO, and gross profit
- Delivering honest, professional customer recommendations without pressure tactics
- Maintaining a clean, organized, high-performing operation
What We’re Looking For
At least five years running or managing an independent automotive shop, as a GM, store manager, or senior service manager. You know how to manage a P&L, lead a team, and comfortable making decisions independently. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Experience with Tekmetric is a plus, but not required for someone with strong shop management experience. If you have turnaround experience, we’d love to talk.

Compensation: $80,000.00 per year
