Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles accurately.
- Communicate technical diagnoses and repairs to non‑technical individuals.
- Collaborate with Service Writers and customers.
- Stay current with evolving automotive trends.
- Maintain an organized and safe workspace.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician.
- ASE certified or willing to become certified (reimbursement options available).
- Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Must provide own tools.
Other Duties:
- Read manufacturer’s manuals and drawings.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Use a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
- Maintain and repair shop equipment.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Utilize computer diagnostic tools.
