JOB SUMMARY
Auto Mechanic required to test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers’ performance specifications, repair and replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems, and perform vehicle alignments while testing components and systems using equipment such as computerized diagnostic devices. Must repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
ABILITIES / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
- Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
