Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement corporate innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across all business functions.
3. Facilitate problem-solving activities using PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, and Quality Improvement methodologies.
4. Establish and manage company-wide innovation programs, conventions, and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Drive business process improvement projects to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
6. Design and deliver training programs related to Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Innovation.
7. Monitor and evaluate improvement project performance and ensure sustainability of implemented initiatives.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational excellence.
9. Support organizational culture transformation programs and employee capability development.
10. Benchmark best practices and introduce innovative approaches to improve business performance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, Innovation Management, or related areas

Strong knowledge of:

1. PDCA & Kaizen Methodology
2. Lean Manufacturing
3. Total Quality Management (TQM)
4. Business Process Improvement

Experience preferred:

1. Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
2. Proven track record in organizational development and culture transformation initiatives.
3. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
4. Experience as trainer, assessor, or judge in innovation and improvement programs is highly preferred.
5. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, plantation, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
