  • Position: Auto Body Technician (Full-Time)
  • Location: Omaha Body Shop (On-Site)
  • Compensation: $50,000 – $100,000 / year (Highly competitive + incentives; negotiable DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Enjoy weekends off!)
  • Environment: Fully A/C climate-controlled collision center

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience Required: Prior automotive repair experience is necessary to fill this position.
  • Preferred Background: Two (2) years in an auto repair training program or two (2) years of hands-on work experience in an auto body shop is highly preferred.
  • Key Traits: A cooperative team-first attitude and a dedication to precise, high-quality vehicle craftsmanship.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Repair: Repair or replace damaged vehicle bodies and parts according to manufacturer standards and estimate guidelines.
  • Parts Management: Pre-inspect parts against estimates to ensure proper components are ordered and received.
  • Workspace Prep & Safety: Prepare vehicles for structural bodywork while maintaining, wearing, and safely operating all required personal protective equipment (including respirators).
  • Clear Communication: Promptly notify management of hidden damage, additional parts needed, or potential timeline changes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to federal, state, and local safety laws, including proper handling of hazardous materials (OSHA Right-to-Know, EPA waste disposal).
