What Were Looking For
✅ Experience Required
Basic mechanical knowledge or workshop exposure
Valid drivers license (or working towards one)
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in automotive or EV
⭐ Advantageous
Previous workshop experience
Exposure to electrical or electronic systems
Enrolment in a technical college or apprenticeship programme
Interest in electric vehicles and modern automotive technology
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Technical or mechanical training (N1N3 or equivalent preferred)
Basic computer literacy

Key Responsibilities
Workshop Support
Assist with vehicle servicing & maintenance
Perform inspections and pre-delivery checks
Support diagnostics and repair tasks under supervision
Assist with parts removal, refitting & workshop duties
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
⚡ Technical Development
Learn EV systems, tools & processes
Assist with high-voltage safety procedures (under supervision)
Support electrical fault-finding & troubleshooting
Participate in technical training and skills development
Administrative Support
Assist with job cards & workshop documentation
Support parts control & inventory
Assist with vehicle handovers when required
