Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meeting & to monitor service activities.
- Customer complain handling management.
- Ensure implementation of policies and standards
- Dealer target setting & performance monitoring
- Conduct training, monitor & evaluate service operation to comply Jetour policies & standard.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background with 5 – 7+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
- Willing to travel on a very frequent basis within the region and abroad
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
- Self-organized with good communication skills, good self-learning with ability to discover and solve problems.
