Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Vancouver, BC. The Salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, and financing options. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, preparing and presenting quotes, and explaining payment plans and warranties in a clear and transparent manner. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, following up with prospective and existing customers, and using dealership tools and systems to manage leads and complete sales documentation. The Salesperson collaborates closely with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and supports dealership promotions and events.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen actively and understand diverse customer needs.
  • Sales, negotiation, and closing skills, including experience working toward targets or quotas in a retail or service environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting vehicle features, benefits, and pricing options.
  • Comfort using computer systems and CRM tools to manage leads, customer information, and sales documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of automobiles; experience in automotive sales or dealership operations is an asset.
  • Proven reliability, professional demeanor, and a commitment to ethical and inclusive sales practices.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and eligibility to operate vehicles for test drives.
