Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Egg Harbor, NJ. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, provide detailed information on BMW vehicles and services, and assist in guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales goals, facilitating test drives, negotiating purchase terms, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and connect with customers
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation and closing strategies
- Basic understanding of automotive products, market trends, and features of the BMW brand (willingness to learn if not already familiar)
- Time management and organizational skills to meet sales quotas and handle multiple clients
- Technical skills, including the ability to use dealership management software and basic computer programs
- A positive attitude, motivation to achieve success, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous sales experience in automotive or retail is a plus
