- 在MB系统中规范缺陷分配，确保符合既定工作流程和模板要求
- 使用MB认证工具进行缺陷审核，验证问题描述清晰度、严重性及必填字段完整性
- 生成缺陷评估记录及驳回说明（含重新提交指导）
- 处理来自客户现场、独立验证团队及集成团队的缺陷流入
- 维护并更新缺陷管理流程文档（工作流、标准操作程序、模板）
- 在跨部门会议中提出流程优化建议
- 输出缺陷解决进度报告及趋势分析（根因定位、高风险领域识别、成熟度改进建议）
- 通过可视化看板跟踪超期缺陷，发送结构化提醒
- 每日向利益相关方提供缺陷状态更新及升级报告
- 开发缺陷仪表盘，直观展示趋势、状态及风险指标 任职要求：
- 工程或质量管理专业本科及以上学历
- 5年以上缺陷管理或质量保证相关经验
- 精通缺陷全生命周期管理工具（如JIRA/IBM Rational）
- 具备突出的趋势分析及根因追溯能力
- 汽车行业缺陷管理经验
- 六西格玛或精益方法论认证 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage defect assignment in MB systems, ensuring adherence to workflows and templates.
- Qualify defects using MB-approved tools, validating clarity, severity, and mandatory fields.
- Generate Triage Assessment Records and Rejection Justification Notes with resubmission guidance.
- Process inflow issues from customer sites, verification teams, and integration teams.
- Maintain and update Defect Management Process Documents (workflows, SOPs, templates).
- Propose process improvements in cross-functional meetings.
- Deliver Bug Burndown Progress Reports and Defect Trend Analytics (root causes, risk domains, maturity insights).
- Track aging defects via structured reminders and milestone/overdue visualizations.
- Daily Issue Status Updates and escalation reports for stakeholders.
- Defect Dashboards with trend visualization and risk indicators. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
- 5+ years in defect management or quality assurance
- Expertise in defect lifecycle management (JIRA, IBM Rational, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills for trend analysis and root cause identification.
- Experience in automotive defect management.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
