该职位来源于猎聘 Key responsibilities 主要职责：
- To develop outsourcing plans based on production and shipping schedules, and coordinate and manage the delivery performance of outsourcing suppliers. 根据生产计划及发运计划制定外协计划，协调并管理外协供应商交付情况；
- Drive synergy between procurement, production, and sales logistics, collaborate to address exceptions in delivery. 推动采购、生产与销售物流的协同整合, 处理交付上的异常情况；
- To supervise daily logistics activities (Warehouse management, safety management, timely receiving and dispatching, and accurate inventory control. 规划并监督日常物流活动（仓库、运输、出入库收发货及时性，库存准确） ；
- Leading cost-saving initiatives (e.g., route optimization). 主导降本增效项目（如路线优化）；
- To handle customs-related matters,oversee inbound/outbound logistics, international freight, and customs compliance. 处理关务相关事宜。管理进出口物流、国际货运及海关合规；
- To ensure compliance with safety,quality,and environmental standards. 确保符合安全、质量及环保标准；
Skills Requirements 任职要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 物流、供应链或相关专业本科以上学历;
- Over 10 years of logistics/SCM experience in automotive manufacturing 十年以上汽车制造业物流或供应链经验；
- Fluent in English. 英语流利;
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office. 熟练使用SAP及Office软件；
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. 具备沟通谈判能力。
