We are seeking a visionary and strategic Omni-Channel Marketing Director to lead our integrated marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that seamlessly connects all brand touchpoints—from digital to physical—to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion. You will build a data-driven marketing engine to optimize the customer journey and achieve significant market share growth in the competitive automotive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and own the annual omni-channel marketing strategy, budget, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives
    • 1.
    • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and consumer analysis to derive insights for product positioning and marketing strategies
    • 4.
    • Lead medium to long-term strategic planning, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development
    • 1.
    1. Omni-Channel Marketing Leadership:
    • Design and manage the end-to-end customer marketing funnel, covering all stages from awareness to advocacy (Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocate)
    • 4.
    • Integrate and manage all marketing channels (digital media, social media, traditional advertising, events, dealer networks) to ensure a consistent and powerful brand message
    • 6.
    • Oversee the planning and execution of major integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in channel and digital marketing
    • 1.
    1. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team (including brand, digital, content, and channel marketing).
    • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, After-sales, and regional teams to ensure flawless strategy execution and optimize the end-to-end customer experience

    • Manage agency relationships and external partners.
    1. Data, Analytics & Performance:
    • Establish KPIs and a robust analytics framework to measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and ROI

    • Utilize data insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies, creative content, and media mix.
    • Drive marketing数字化转型, building capabilities in digital touchpoints, data platforms, and precision targeting

    Qualifications & Requirements

    1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
    • 3.
    1. Experience:
    • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive industry (experience in New Energy Vehicles (NEV) or leading new automakers is highly preferred)
    • 4.
    • Proven track record (3+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, successfully managing teams and developing omni-channel / full-funnel marketing strategies
    • 34.
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, brand management, and leading large-scale integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
    • 24.
    • Hands-on experience with marketing projects, DTC models, and user lifecycle operation is a strong plus
