- Monitor the market data in real time,find out the market problems in time and organize the analysis. Prepare for new problem solving. Check aftersales data via BMWsystem, information exchange with aftersales colleagues.Case analysis and date analysis.
- Solution proposals according to the root cause analysis result and support the handover to the responsible implementing departments. Implementation status follow-up per requirements and business needs.
- Problem steering support for R&D internal and external partners. Organize Quality meetings, facility (internal or external partners), implementation of solution plan in detail and evaluation of measure possibility provided by M/SE team leader.
- Steer China module or German module team approve Neal&gAMS on time. Support China plant colleagues check Neal anf gAMS information.
- Evaluate FMEA for every problem to avoid same issue happened in future project. 二Delivery Steering POM service according to PMP process.

Problem solving Supervise root cause analysis and proposals through the complete process chain for given tasks. This could cover the process scope from end customer, dealer network, production process of the complete vehicle and problem relevant commodities.
Delivery Crosslink M-QI service for Germany Count partner M-QI.
Support Germany M-Ql as crosslink function to assist them better achieve Q targets and efficiency finish problem solving
As the eyes and hands of German M-QI in China,help them complete some on-site inspection and on-site information confirmation to help them complete Q target more timely and effectively. including but not limited to on-site parts inspection,on-site vehicle inspection, on- site parts confirmation vehicle arrangement actual breakpoint confirmation.
Provide Monitoring T- Car build status service.
Participate in the T-car building activities according to the LCI and PU T-car build plan of each Plant.
Follow up the T-car assembly process along assembly line.Participate in buy off and track the whole assembly of T-car, find out the problems in the assembly process in advance and organize to solve them in time. 三Delivery Steering PQM service according to PMP process. Understand the content of the Top topics and determine if the topic is known issue or new issue; determine if the issue is global issue or China specific issue.Report generation with accurate output analysis results on time. 五Perform Additional related Quality work services.
